I. Shipping Policy

Coordinate logistics

  • Home delivery: Black Cat Home Delivery (Taiwan main island only)
  • Convenience Stores: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart (convenience store locations on Taiwan's main island and outlying islands)

Delivery days/regions

Home delivery

  • Delivery days: 1-3 days
  • Applicable regions: Taiwan Main Island

Convenience store pickup

  • Delivery days: 2-4 days
  • Applicable regions: Taiwan Main Island

Shipping Information

  • After placing an order (excluding the order date), it will be shipped in approximately 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
  • Due to high order volume during holidays or unforeseen natural disasters, there may be shipping delays.
  • If you choose home delivery, the actual delivery situation will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
  • If you choose convenience store pickup: Please pay attention to the delivery notification SMS and pick up your items within 7 days of arrival. Please do not fail to pick up without a valid reason; if shipping costs are incurred due to non-pickup, the customer will be responsible for the loss.

II. Refund Policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and inform us of your reason for refund.
  2. When you contact us, please provide your order number and item number.
  3. We will inform you how to return the item and how much refund you will receive.
  4. Once your item is returned and inspected, if it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to you within 7 days of receiving the item.

III. Return Policy

  1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us of your reason for return.
  2. When you contact us, please provide your order number and item number, and provide photos of the item to prove it is defective or damaged.
  3. We will inform you how to return the merchandise, as well as the return options we will provide (such as exchange or refund).
  4. Once your item is returned and inspected, if it meets the return criteria, we will provide you with your chosen refund option within 7 days of receiving the item.

IV. Course Termination and Refunds

You may notify the Platform to terminate in the following circumstances, provided that you or the person designated by you at the time of course purchase has not watched any course content beyond the course units or specific preview sections. Unless there is a valid reason, the Platform shall not refuse:

  • If you terminate the contract within 7 days of purchasing a course and before activating the course content, you shall receive a full refund of the license fee paid for that course.
  • After you purchase a course and have not yet activated the course content, if you terminate the contract within the 8th to 30th day from the contract effective date, you shall be refunded 50% of the license fee you paid for the course%.
  • After purchasing and activating a course, if you terminate the contract on the 31st day from the contract effective date, the amount of the license fee you paid for the course will not be refunded.

V. Course Authorization Scope and Usage Principles

When you purchase an online course on this platform, your course access will be activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation (account credentials will be provided). Activation of course access constitutes product delivery. Subsequent after-sales services, including but not limited to responding to customer service messages, online mini-gatherings, course groups, in-person events, and unlimited viewing for 1 year, are provided as gifts and are not part of the course product itself.
