My academic journey spans four major fields: psychology, gerontology, management, and information—from the Department of Psychology at Chung Shan Medical University, to a Master's degree in Gerontology at National Cheng Kung University, and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management at National Sun Yat-sen University. This interdisciplinary background provides me with a holistic perspective and integrated capabilities in management and industry communication. Consequently, I excel at quickly identifying the core pain points of business owners and rapidly translating abstract needs into actionable digital solutions, significantly reducing communication costs and transformation risks.

I entered the workforce at a young age and steadily accumulated solid grassroots experience, eventually rising to the position of Special Assistant to the General Manager at a publicly listed company. I first served as the Special Assistant to the Chairman of Nu Skin Nursing Home for many years, gaining high-level management and decision-making experience. Later, I joined Jian-De Industrial (6606), a global leader in grinding machines, as a Special Assistant to the General Manager, honing my invaluable strategic execution skills through practical experience. This complete journey from the front lines to the core of management allows me to understand both the strategic vision of leaders and the practical challenges faced by employees, enabling me to propose solutions that are truly "doable."

I am the head of Yan Hui Co., Ltd. and a co-founder of Kuai Zhao Integrated Consulting. Our team has accumulated nearly a thousand WordPress website development experiences, serving a diverse range of clients from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education to publicly traded companies and chain brands. I am well aware of the three common dilemmas companies face during transformation: superficial efforts, underestimating organizational resistance, and budget anxiety delaying decisions. Therefore, I particularly emphasize the integration and training of "people," phased implementation, and subsequent maintenance and optimization.
